About The LLM Visibility Lab

The LLM Visibility Lab exists because, truthfully, nobody really knows what’s going on with AI search — including us. The rules are still being written, the players keep changing, and half the “SEO for AI” advice out there sounds like brand theatre disguised as insight.

We’re not here to sell silver bullets or make confident predictions about an uncertain space. We’re here to learn in public — to test, observe, document, and occasionally admit that something we thought worked… doesn’t anymore.

As LLMs reshape how people discover information, we’re exploring what visibility even means now — not with certainty, but with curiosity. If that sounds messy and experimental, that’s because it is.
