Audit AI search visibility

Instructions

Use this skill when the user wants to audit how they show up in AI answer engines (e.g. ChatGPT, Perplexity). The job: test key queries, note what is cited or missing, and get prioritized recommendations.

Instructions

  1. Queries: List 5–10 key brand and category queries to test. If the user doesn't have a list, suggest a starter set (brand name, product name, "best [category]", "[category] alternative").
  2. Audit: For each query note: cited (exact phrasing), summarized, or missing. Note wrong or outdated info and who is cited instead (competitors, others).
  3. Gaps: Summarize where the user is missing or misrepresented.
  4. Recommendations: Prioritize content updates, schema, citations, or partnerships. Output as a short report (queries tested, findings, top 3–5 actions).

Use case

Understanding how your brand is perceived and cited by LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity to identify gaps in AI visibility.

How to use this skill

Provide 5–10 core brand queries or product names you want the agent to test across different AI answer engines.
