  1. Scope: Launch type (product, feature, campaign), date, and stakeholders. Ask if unclear.
  2. Assets: Messaging, collateral, landing page, blog, email, social; owner and due date for each. Output as rows.
  3. Channels: Checklist per channel (website, email, paid, PR, sales); review and approval steps where relevant.
  4. Tracking: Events, UTM, dashboards, alerts; confirm what is in place or what to add.
  5. Post-launch: Review meeting, feedback collection, iteration backlog. One line each. Output in a copy-paste format (table or list).
